Day 10: TB-500 Loading Dose 4, and a Surprise Healing Data Point

Day 10. BPC-157 + TB-500 loading dose 4, last of vial 1. Unrelated dog-bite marks healed fast, plus a bruise from Saturday's injection.

Day 10. August 17th, 2026. Arizona.

Injections — morning, 7 AM:

  • BPC-157: 10 units (500mcg), subcutaneous, left of navel
  • TB-500: 60 units (3mg), subcutaneous, right of navel, upper — loading dose 4 of the twice-weekly phase (weeks 1–4). Only 60 units were left in vial 1, so used all of it rather than leaving a partial dose behind — vial is now empty and discarded.

Vial change:

That closes out TB-500 vial 1. Vial 2 is still powder in the freezer, and there's BAC water on hand to reconstitute it before the next dose — planned for Thursday, August 20th.

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie

Lunch:

  • Chipotle chicken burrito — black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, peppers, corn
  • Macadamia nut ice cream bar
  • Kombucha, 12 oz coconut water, 2 × 16 oz bottled water

Dinner:

  • 5 oz ground beef sliders, 1 oz white sharp cheddar
  • 1.5 cups red seedless grapes, 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 medium avocado, sea salt + pepper
  • 1 cup mixed pistachios, raw sprouted pumpkin seeds, raw almonds, walnuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut M&Ms

Supplements — increased dosing continues: Fish oil (1), potassium (3), chelated copper (1), vitamin C (1), aspirin (2 × 325mg), NAD+ (2 caplets), NMN (2 caplets), magnesium glycinate (1), zinc picolinate (1), TMG (1), D3+K2 (1), NUSAVA B-complex liquid (1 dose), beetroot 4 caps AM, turmeric/curcumin 4 caps AM, ashwagandha two products (~4 capsules of each) AM.

Evening dose, with dinner: 4 turmeric/curcumin, 4 beetroot, 4 ashwagandha, 2 aspirin — same PM anti-inflammatory dose as the last several nights.

→ Doses, brands, and cofactors: Supplement Stack

Wound — an unexpected data point:

About two weeks ago, before leaving Arkansas, got bitten on the left ankle by a friend's dog — just excitement, not aggression, but the skin on that ankle tears easily. The two bite marks scabbed over the same way any cut would.

Checked today and they're fully healed and gone — faster than expected, especially on an ankle that otherwise heals slowly. Not the wound site itself, but the same leg and the same general healing environment, so it's an interesting side data point on how the peptides + supplement stack might be affecting general tissue repair, not just the target wound.

Bruise from Saturday's injection:

Also noticed a bruise today on the far left side of the abdomen — farther out to the side than the usual spot. That's from Saturday's (Day 8) BPC-157 shot, which went a little farther left/more to the side than usual and was more painful going in. The bruise is still visible two days later.
