Day 2: Morning Routine Locked In

6 AM. Bacon and eggs. Supplements. BPC-157 injection. Building the daily rhythm.

Day 2. August 9th, 2026. 6:00 AM.

Woke up fine. No soreness at the injection sites. No unusual reactions overnight.

Did my morning routine:

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs with tons of black pepper, banana, red seedless grapes, fresh pineapple.

I found out recently that this is basically the perfect turmeric delivery system — the fat from the bacon makes curcumin (the active compound in turmeric) bioavailable, and the piperine in the black pepper blocks the liver enzyme that would otherwise clear it before it can do anything. Stumbled into that one by accident.

Supplements this morning:

  • Potassium: 3 caps × 99mg = 297mg
  • Magnesium Glycinate: 300mg
  • Beetroot: 1500mg
  • Ashwagandha (KSM-66): 1300mg total
  • NMN: 500mg
  • Force Factor NAD+: 2 caps
  • Vitamin C with rose hips: 1000mg
  • B-Complex liquid (NUSAVA): 1 dropper — B12 5000mcg, B6 3400mcg, B1 2400mcg

Injection:

  • BPC-157: 10 units (500mcg), subcutaneous, left of navel

No TB-500 today — that's a Monday/Thursday schedule during the loading phase.

The wound on the ankle looks the same as yesterday. Not expecting miracles on day 2. BPC-157 research suggests angiogenesis begins within the first week but visible healing takes longer. I'm watching for any change in sensation, warmth, or color in the area.

Day 2 in the books.
