Day 1: The Wolverine Stack Begins

I've been to two ERs. The wound won't heal. An ER doctor told me to look into peptides. Tonight I did my first injections.

August 8th, 2026. 6:30 PM. Somewhere in Arizona in a camper.

I've been to two emergency rooms about my left leg. DVT. Neuropathy in both legs. And a wound at my left ankle — right near where my Achilles tendon was surgically repaired back in 1986 — that has refused to close for months.

The last ER doctor, in Arkansas, pulled me aside and said: "Look into peptides. I can't recommend them officially, but look into them."

So I did.

After doing my own research, I narrowed it down to two: BPC-157 and TB-500 — what the biohacking community calls the Wolverine Stack. The rat studies on Achilles transection alone were enough to convince me. BPC-157 literally regrows the tissue. TB-500 mobilizes repair cells from your bone marrow. Together they cover both local and systemic healing.

Tonight I drew up my first syringes.

  • BPC-157 — 10 units (500mcg), left side of navel, subcutaneous
  • TB-500 — 50 units (2.5mg), right side of navel, subcutaneous

Both vials reconstituted with 2mL bacteriostatic water. 5mg/mL concentration. Insulin syringes. Alcohol swabs. Done.

No reaction. No pain beyond the needle.

I'm 58 years old, 160 lbs, in pretty decent shape except for this leg situation. Modern medicine hasn't been able to do anything about this wound except tell me to wait. I've waited long enough.

I'm documenting everything. Every injection, every supplement, every meal. If this works — and I believe it will — someone else needs to find this record.

Let's go.
